Working with such business-to-business clients as IBM, Digital, Verizon, Norstan, Oce Printing Systems and HP, Bill has used customer analytics to define diversified/hybrid coverage models, business plans for expanding current and entering new markets, and marketing and sales programs to generate qualified demand and revenue.
His work with financial services companies such as Fidelity, Chase, and Discover helped them build comprehensive marketing database solutions to support extensive and highly productive customer analytics focused on all phases of the customer relationship. His work with the retail arm of Bridgestone/Firestone helped drive consistent traffic for their over 1,000 retail service locations.
Management of successful consulting services organizations
Over nearly 25 years Bill has managed three consulting organizations. Each delivered value to its clients by providing practical solutions, grounded in his deep understanding of best practices across a variety of disciplines. A key component of Bill’s consulting work is in helping clients with the changes necessary to make their organizations customer focused and information driven. Bill has worked with all of the clients named, as well as with others, to define and implement the business processes, people skills, roles and technology necessary to realize the measurable business results that flow from a comprehensive effort to be customer focused.
Bill’s early career included 12 years at Epsilon, a pioneer in the field of database marketing, where he first worked with Kathy Linehan. He earned his client-side stripes during a two year stint at Lotus Development where he became Director of Direct Marketing.
For the past fourteen years, Kathy has split her time between Tucson and Chicago providing management consulting services to clients whose business activities range from sole proprietorships to multi-million dollar holding companies.

Irrespective of client size or term of engagement Kathy's consulting assignments have focused on an understanding of the client’s customer at the core. With this customer understanding as a foundation, Kathy has helped her clients develop and implement strategic plans, including recommendations for organizational and staffing changes necessary to ensure the long-term success of these plans.
Database Marketing pioneer with some of the most recognized brands in the world
During her twelve years at Leo Burnett Advertising Kathy built the database marketing offering and grew the organization to a staff of 50, with annual revenues in excess of $10 million dollars. Among the clients served were Philip Morris, P&G, McDonald’s, Kellogg, United Distillers, Walt Disney World, Oldsmobile (General Motors), Sony, Ameritech, Allstate and Service Merchandise.

Kathy worked with Burnett International offices and clients around the world, providing functional leadership and consulting services in Integrated Database Marketing Applications and Organizational Impact.
Before joining Burnett, Kathy had her own consulting practice, specializing in strategic planning and implementation of database marketing systems and applications. She spent seven years at Epsilon Data Management, a leading database marketing company, as Director of Research and Analysis and five years at a leading management consulting firm in Boston.
