At the request of the chief executive, we facilitated a cross-business unit senior executive task force which examined issues of under-performance for a new direct channel of distribution at this multi-national high tech corporation. Underperformance was not due to market potnetial. We worked with the client over six weeks to understand the real problem and helped build the foundation for significant business results over an extended period of time.
